1. The service
Nzwisiso.ai provides online courses, assessments, certificates, AI study books, prompts, skills resources, account credits and related support. Features and availability may change as the platform develops.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and should tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use.
- Accounts, purchases, credits, certificates and access rights are personal and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
- Where a learner cannot lawfully agree alone, a parent, guardian, school or authorised adult must approve and supervise use.
3. Content access and licences
Unless a product states otherwise, purchasing a course, book or prompt gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use that content for your own learning or professional work. It does not transfer ownership or copyright.
- Do not resell, publish, scrape, bulk-copy, redistribute or provide shared access to protected content.
- Do not remove ownership notices, bypass access controls or use automated systems to extract the library.
- Book access marked “lifetime” lasts for the supported life of the service and remains subject to these terms. New prompts added to a purchased book within 12 months of purchase are included where the product description says so.
- Class, department and school use requires separate written permission or an institutional arrangement.
4. Prices, payments and account credits
- Prices and currencies are shown before checkout. Taxes or payment-provider fees may apply where stated.
- Card payments are processed by Stripe. Paynow is available only when enabled. Provider terms also apply.
- Access is granted after successful server-side payment verification or a successful account-credit debit.
- Account credits are a closed-platform balance for eligible Nzwisiso.ai products. They are not cash, a bank account, cryptocurrency or transferable value.
- We may correct a credit balance or access grant affected by fraud, reversal, chargeback, duplicate processing or an obvious technical error, while keeping an audit record.
- Manual payments remain pending until verified by an administrator. Use the same name and email as your Nzwisiso.ai account and retain proof of payment.
5. Renewals, cancellations and refunds
One-time products do not renew. A recurring membership, where offered, renews for the displayed period until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse access already supplied.
If a purchase is defective, duplicated, materially misdescribed or not delivered, contact info@nzwisiso.ai. Refunds and cancellation rights are handled under the product description, payment-provider rules and any mandatory consumer law that applies. Nothing in these terms removes a right that cannot legally be excluded.
6. AI prompts and outputs
- Prompts are instructions for use with third-party AI services. Nzwisiso.ai does not control those services or guarantee their availability or output.
- AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased or outdated. Verify important facts and use qualified professional advice for medical, legal, financial, safety or other high-impact decisions.
- Do not paste confidential, personal or protected school/work information into an AI service unless you have authority and understand that service’s terms.
- You remain responsible for how you use, edit and submit AI-assisted work.
7. Learning, assessments and certificates
Complete work honestly and follow applicable school, employer and professional rules. Certificates record platform completion; they are not a government qualification, professional licence or ZIMSEC award unless expressly stated. Nzwisiso.ai is not affiliated with ZIMSEC.
We may correct, deactivate or withdraw a certificate where it was created through error, fraud, account misuse or unmet requirements. Where practical, the learner will be shown a reason and may contact us for review.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Nzwisiso.ai to break the law, harm others, infringe rights, spread malicious code, probe security, impersonate another person, manipulate purchases or overwhelm the service. Do not use prompts or platform content to facilitate abuse, discrimination, fraud or unsafe activity.
9. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, providers, connectivity and events outside our control may affect access. We may improve, replace, pause or discontinue features and will take reasonable steps to protect paid access when material changes occur.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, non-payment, serious misuse or breach of these terms. You may request account closure by emailing us. Legal, transaction and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nzwisiso.ai is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, third-party AI output, external websites, user-supplied content or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
12. Governing law and disputes
Contact us first at info@nzwisiso.ai so we can try to resolve a concern. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Zimbabwe. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be excluded.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security or service changes. The date above shows the latest version. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
